Exhibition information:
Behind the Albis hills in the Knonaueramt region is an upland moor that has developed over thousands of years. The Selegers, a married couple, transformed this into a park in the early 1950s. In the meantime, a unique ecosystem of rhododendrons, azaleas and hydrangeas, fern forests and water lily ponds has grown in the area. This fairytale oasis gives young and old alike easy and poetic access to contemporary art.
There are 15 different positions to discover in the midst of this idyllic plant world. Objects specific to the location and space-related interventions enter into dialogue here. The works react to this special place in terms of content, form, material and colour.
